My Team - the Only Photographer-free Leavers' Group Photo
A SOLUTION FOR SOCIALLY DISTANCED GROUP PHOTOS
Sadly, due to Coronavirus, many Schools and Preschools are not able to invite a photographer to visit to capture this year's Leavers' photos. However, we have created an easy way to produce a virtual group photo without the need for a photographer to visit. It's easy to do and the result is a fab group photo to treasure!
Our totally secure system allows parents to upload their favourite photo of their child and we will create a fab group photo with them as the main star of the show! Parents can then purchase a copy, with prices affordable and each print personalised with their child in the first large place! All orders are online only, and photos are delivered direct to your home.
If you're a parent of a Year 6 or Preschool leaver who will otherwise miss out on your last school class photo, then pass this on to your School or Nursery - there's no cost to them, and we even deliver all prints direct to parents, so no distribution required. Time is of the essence though, so get in touch to discuss how we can help commemorate your Lockdown Leavers' year!
It's worth an additional mention that, as we are a School Photography company, all images will be held on our secure servers for the purposes only of producing the group photo, after which time, they are deleted. Images are not used for any other purpose.
ALREADY PARTICIPATING?
You will receive an email or Parentmail from your School with the instructions on how to upload your photo for inclusion in the group photo. We are looking for a clear head and shoulders portrait photo and you should ensure:
- The photo is of the head and shoulders - not full length - and taken vertically (portrait)
- Photo is only of your child - no siblings or family photos
- Photo should be fairly recent - it's the leavers' year after all!
- It goes without saying - a nice smile please!
- The photo should be taken with a good quality camera or phone camera
- Image size should be more than 500kb but less than 10mb (most modern smartphone shots are OK. Photos from Social Media sites may not be)
Any image which is not high enough quality will automatically be rejected on upload. Please try again with another image! The School will also be vetting all images before we produce the group photo to ensure nothing inappropriate is uploaded. We will crop and adjust all images to ensure consistency across the group.
Around 10 days after you receive your first email, a second communication will come from the School with a new link to purchase your group photo! All orders will be packed and delivered direct to your home address - no need to collect from School.
